I’ve recently started studying the Napoleonic era and have been looking for some interesting books on the European battles and his influence and role in French history. I purchased a copy of your book and am looking forward to reading it!
I really liked the book! Clear, concise writing and more importantly, very interesting. (It often shocks me how so many historians can make the most interesting information so deadly dull lol.). I’m looking forward to any future books 😀.
Thanks for the quick history lesson!
Brevity is the soul of wit, right? Glad you enjoyed it.
Saved for later reading (still early here)

Music to my ears! Glad you enjoyed it. I'll keep you posted on my future projects. Check out my new Napoleon article for the magazine Ancient Origins ("Two Napoleons: The French Caesars of Modern History") https://www.ancient-origins.net/history-famous-people/napoleon-french-caesar-0020437
Very good essay - I also enjoyed the article on the Gracchi brothers (yet another time people often ignore)!
Thanks! Yes, I love the Romans. Feel free to check out my articles about Ancient Rome right here on Substack: https://hothistory.substack.com/t/romans
